Toastmasters is a worldwide organisation of speaking clubs that meet on a regular basis. Members come for a variety of reasons – perhaps they have a presentation to do, they have been promoted, they want to practice their English or they just realise the public speaking is an extremely useful skill they want to develop.
Toastmasters gives you the skills and the confidence to express yourself in any situation but it also gives you valuable other skills such as leadership and evaluation skills.
Our club offers a friendly and supportive environment and you will receive encouraging, helpful and constructive feedback every time you speak. The great thing about Toastmasters is that we are all here to help each other improve.
Just come along and visit us to find out more - there's no pressure to join in. It's free, fun and good networking so there's nothing to lose :)
